PB's and PMA The ingredients needed for the THM...

I'm now counting down the days and indeed the hours to the Tonbridge Half Marathon which is this Sunday. On Monday I did my very last training session before the event and I was quite worried that I'd pull something (usually a calf muscle) or turn an ankle over or be bitten by a dog. But none of those things happened. I kept it down to about five miles of pretty gentle jogging as I wanted to save my best for the day. I'm getting rather excited about the whole thing now. I'm sure that I won't win any prizes (except maybe the wooden spoon for last place!) but here's hoping for a PB which I'm sure I'll get with a PMA. Someone please translate....

We shall be in brook street early for the razmataz and wave you off. Then we shall cycle through the park to Leigh and wave to you while enjoying a coffee and a bun outside the Fleur de lis. When you come past the pub a second time, we will wave again (this time sipping a pint). Then a leisurely cycle back to cheer the finishers. Not sure if you'll get a wave from us then, as we have no cycle lights and will have to leave before nightfall. Good luck

According to www.all-acronyms.com there are 207 possibilities for 'PB' among them 'potty break'.
And for 'PMA' there are 160 possiblities including 'Preassurized Mating Adapters'. This is something to do with the ISS.
