No Clark's shoes in Tonbridge?!..

It's come to something when you can't even buy a pair of Clark's shoes in Tonbridge anymore! I've just heard that Peter Newman's shoe shop, long established in the town, went bust earlier this summer. It has been bought out by someone else (possibly from the family my sources say) but alas no Clark's. Why the heck not? That means that Tonbridge school children will have to wear uncomfortable cheap footwear or else be dragged along to Tunbridge Wells or beyond for their decent school shoes. What's the town coming to?! Wish I'd known sooner though as I've always fancied opening another bookshop there called Little Bridge Books. I might have pitched for it....

You should go to the dept store in Paddock Wood for Clark's. Free parking for a while there too I believe.
But Mr Books what I dont understand is how you were going to make money from selling small books on a parlour card game?

Makes you wonder about the mentality of some business people. Pubs these days are the worst... Staffed by clueless and bored halfwits overseeing a soulless stinky sticky room serving up pints of flat dead vinegar, wondering why it's so quiet. Hmmm.

I remember when we had a Jones The Bootmaker where Starbucks have moved in. We all bought our school shoes there. Then the shoe shop on the Little Bridge took over. I suppose Hoads in Sevenoaks is a good bet now. Cheap shoes are definitely not good for little feet and Tonbridge has become cheap and nasty, and of course now the 'Fat Town', whee the residents will get even fatter gorging themselves on cheap chocs from that 99p store.

What's wrong with cheap footwear for children? Kids soon wear out their shoes, or out-grow them in next to no time, so why waste good money on expensive shoes like Clarks??

Its not all cheap shoes in Tonbridge when Beales sell them at over £100 per pair. Not all chocs in the 99 shop are cheap, some of the branded good can be found cheaper elesewhere but there is nothing wrong with this chain of discount shops. They offer value for money, ask any people on a tight budget that are carefulo shoppers unlike the few loads of money people in the town

Whether one may get one as a gift or for herself, clarks shoes outlet for women will really be the most amazingly comfortable yet stylish foot wear. As soon as one slips on that greatly designed foot pads, you will never one want to take it off or change it within the next 5 years, though that would not be much of a problem since this brand is said to last for almost a lifetime.
