Fabulous day at the Freedom Parade. Real patriotic stuff. It just shows you that we, as a town, seem to still be proud of our soldiers, perhaps more than ever. At least everyone there today seemed to recognise the sacrifice that these boys and others like them are making on our behalf. It actually did make me feel really proud watching them. They are, after all, the most decorated regiment in the history of the British Army. Even an old cynic like me had the hairs on the back of my neck standing up. Here's some pictures from the day....
