A new vicar for Tonbridge....
Tonbridge blog has been reliably informed that the parish church has, at last, found a new vicar with the appointment of Canon Mark Brown. He will be officially instituted, I think that's the right word, on September 27th by the Bishop of Rochester so I'm told. The one thousand year old church also has its own web site, now there's a surprise! I understand that the Rev. Stephen Seamer will be a tough act to follow so good luck to the new man in charge of the town centre's pastoral care, well some of you anyway....
