This picture was taken this morning on my new camera phone Christmas prezzie; I spotted a similar shot yesterday but now the car park has really filled up the sign is even more to the point. I'd love to think that the sign was put there because the council has a sense of humour but it's most probably just an inadvertent joke by the highways department!
