Securitas robbers weighty conundrum....
I didn't realise until today that the Securitas robbers had actually left behind over £150 million in bank notes because they'd underestimated the weight of the folding stuff at the Tonbridge depot. Apparently their 7.5 ton truck was full to bursting point with the lovely loot and couldn't take the rest. Now you'd have thought that they could have found a bent mathmatician to do the calculations for them for a couple of million; the bigger van would have only cost about another £75 to hire for the whole day; as it turned out it would have been money well spent! Still even £200m would have been bugger all next to that French bloke with a licence to bet (and lose) with his banque's £4 billion! I doubt whether he'll get 20 years...
